Our team works tirelessly to target deals across the country that fit our very specific investment criteria. We have a rigorous underwriting process that ensures we only buy deals that will easily surpass our internal return metrics. We try to “kill the deal” in underwriting so that we can ensure we are making investments that face minimal downside risk.

Across the country there are hundreds of markets that are worthy of our attention for our investments. We follow statistics, news, and market trends to decide what area is best posed for us to enter and invest in. We operate in primary, secondary, and tertiary markets to ensure we do not miss out on opportunities to create a healthy return on a good investment. Once we enter a market we immediately begin the process of acquiring more in the area so that we can lower our costs.

Financing

When it comes to financing our deals we have an arsenal of financial weapons to use. Brokers, banks, hard money, seller financing, and more help us close up deals with the best possible financing option for that specific property. Once our properties are stabilized we move quickly to refinance into non-recourse agency loans that have favorable terms and rates to increase the properties cash flow and returns.
